How it Works:
Sellers
Fill out the form found by clicking on the link below and submit it to us. Once we have received your submission, we will add it to our database within 48 hours. We will act as the liaison between you and the buyer to avoid publishing your contact information as well as providing you with only serious inquiries. Your listing active for 3 months.
Buyers
Search our database of Property For Sale and if you see a property that interersts you, click on the link next to that listing for more information. We will forward your contact information to the seller and the seller may contact you for more information or for a bid.
We are not brokers and we are not brokering deals, we are simply connecting individuals who are seeking an alternative method to selling their property or in addition to traditional means.
Add Your Property to Our Database
To add your property to our database, click on the link below to open our Property For Sale spreadsheet. Fill in all of the green boxes or as many as possible and use one of the following options to send it to us:
- From within the spreadsheet go to File, Send To, E-mail As an Attachment to: propertyforsale@foreclosuresNH.com
- Save it to your desktop and attach the file to an e-mail and send it to propertyforsale@foreclosuresNH.com
- Print it and fax it to us at 603.386.6229
- Print it and mail it to us at PO Box 930, Pelham, NH 03076
