My partners and I are seasoned real estate investors with 40+ years experience in general contracting.  Our interest in real estate investing began when we realized that we wanted to take explore new opportunities.  We had spent many years in residential construction and remodeling prior to making the move to real estate investing.  To gain a better perspective and more knowledge of the real estate market, we attended various seminars, workshops, and specialized trainings.  During this time we learned more and more about investing in the foreclosure market and it has been our primary focus ever since.

Initially, we spent countless hours researching information, following up on leads, driving to town offices, data entry, analysis, and spending our own money to fund it.  We thought we could save time by subscribing to other foreclosure websites but they all seemed to have their limitations, much of the information was outdated or incomplete and the foreclosure listings they advertised never met our expectations.  

Instead of becoming discouraged and giving up, we saw an opportunity.  Not only an opportunity to provide accurate, updated, and complete foreclosure data but also to provide valuable information, services, and tools to fellow real estate investors.  The information we provide and services we offer will save real estate investors time and money because we have already done the legwork while providing the information and tools necessary for other investors to be successful.
